This Privacy Policy describes how Kickboard, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you purchase and use the Aurum Symbols Decks.

When you purchase the Aurum Symbols Decks, we may collect:

Email Address: Provided during checkout to deliver your purchase and enable purchase restoration across devices.
Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Process your purchase and provide immediate access to your digital decks
Restore your purchases if you switch devices or reinstall the app
Respond to support inquiries

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service:

Stripe: For secure payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data directly. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or any other third-party data processors.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your purchase history is stored securely by Stripe. Your email address is stored locally on your device to enable purchase restoration. We do not maintain a separate user database.

Your deck selections, theme preferences, and other app settings are stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. This data never leaves your device.

5. Cookies & Tracking

The Aurum Symbols Decks web application does not use cookies or tracking technologies. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking, or any form of cross-site tracking. The app uses browser localStorage solely to save your preferences, owned decks, and email for purchase restoration.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access information about your purchases by contacting us
Request deletion of your email from your device by clearing your browser's localStorage
Request that we look up and delete any Stripe records associated with your email

Since we do not maintain a separate database of user information, most of your data is stored locally on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

7. Children's Privacy

The Aurum Symbols Decks are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data Retention

Your payment records are retained by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policies. Locally stored data on your device persists until you clear it. We do not independently retain personal data beyond what Stripe stores for payment processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
